HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRINT MY JOB AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENT?

Many factors are always put in place to get any job printed. These factors have something to do with the sizes and complexities of the jobs. Production commences as soon as deposit payment is made; however, we will always work with you to find ways of completing your print project when you need it.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING AN ESTIMATE FROM YOU AND WHAT ARE THE PRICE TAGS THAT DETERMINES YOUR ESTIMATE?

Getting an estimate from us requires that we see what you intend to do. Some factors will however determine what the estimate will be in terms of size of the job, number of pages, colour, number of copies you want to produce, finishing style, e.g. perfect binding or stitching for book work, etc.  Once this is done, a pro forma invoice will be sent to you. This will include the total amount of what the production will cost.

WHAT FACTORS DETERMINE THE PRICING FOR MY JOBS?

In addition to the above explanation on estimate, please note that what operates in printing is that the higher the quantity of the work to be printed, the lower the price, and vice versa. This means that prices of jobs with a very small quantity would be proportionally higher than that of the ones with a large quantity.

CAN I SEND MY DOCUMENT TO YOUR MAIL AND GET IT PRINTED OR I MUST COME DOWN TO YOUR OFFICE?

You can either send your document to us through our email or bring them to our office depending on your distance or what suite you. Better still, you can upload the soft copy of your document on of this website.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A REPRINT OF PREVIOUS JOBS?

You can order a reprint of previous jobs in as much as it was done by us at first.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET AN I.S.B.N. FOR MY BOOK?

Getting an International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for your book takes no time once the book has been certified okay for publishing by us.

CAN YOU EDIT MY WORK FOR ME? Yes, with moderate charges.

CAN YOU GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?  Yes, we can.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A JOB OR FILE FOR PRINTING?

You can either copy the soft copy of such jobs online through our mail or copy it into a Compact Disk CD and bring it down to our office.  You can also upload it on this website.

DO YOU NEED AN ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPH OR CAN YOU USE A DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPH?

If you have an actual photograph that you’ll like to use, fine; or better still, we’ll scan it here. However, digital photos are fine as long as the resolution is high enough. We discourage, as much as possible, smart phone images, especially the ones whose camera are of lower resolution.
